Errors Starting New Forms Related To Date

The issue has resolved itself. Our team will work around the issue and ensure that it does not recur in March 2018.

We believe the issue is related to a date-time framework that EHS Insight relies upon for timezone-related date processing. We believe the issue will resolve itself once we pass 3am UTC, in 20 minutes from now.

We are investigating an error related to starting new forms.
