Online courses should be fully restored.

Our online training course hosting provider, ScormCloud, is continuing to investigate the slow response times that sometimes cause timeout errors when taking courses in EHS Insight. Our team is continuing provide them with diagnostic information to help resolve the issue.

Investigating

We began to notice a small number of online training courses failing to load starting 11 hours ago. We have contacted the course hosting provider and are waiting on a response. Currently it appears that an an elevated number of courses are failing with as many as 1 in 5 courses failing to load on their first attempt. We will continue to monitor this issue with our vendor and provide updates as we learn more.
