The issue has been resolved on the web, Android, and Windows apps. Also, a new iOS app has been submitted for Apple review and will be available once approved by Apple.
Android and Windows app users will need to update their apps if they already have 19.21 installed.
iOS users will need to update from the app store once the new version is available. This status will be updated when the app update is approved and available. iOS users blocked by this issue can open EHS Insight in Safari as a short-term workaround.
We are aware of an issue impacting users while accessing document libraries containing folders on phones or small tablets. We are currently testing a fix and hope to deploy it later today.
