Apple has approved the app update containing the hotfix. It should begin showing up in the app store within the next hour. The app version number containing the fix is 19.9.2
We are still waiting on Apple App Store approval for our iOS hotfix. We apologize for the delay in fixing this issue for iPhone and iPad users.
A second hotfix related to this issue has been shipped for Web, Windows, and Android. A hotfix for iOS has been submitted to the App Store and will become available once it is approved.

Customers running Job Safety Analysis in "Roles By Business Entity" mode (not a common pattern), are currently experiencing errors editing Job Safety Analysis templates. This will not impact completing JSAs in Safety Meetings, but will prevent editing JSA "templates" until a hotfix can be deployed.
