The issue preventing starting new Audit & Inspection forms has been resolved for anyone using a web browser or the native windows app. A fix for Android and iOS native apps has been submitted to app stores and is awaiting review and approval.
We are aware and working on an issue with the update that prevents some customers from starting new Audit & Inspection forms.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be applying a regular site upgrade during this time. A native app update from the Apple or Android app store will be required following the update.
