We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.

Identified

We are working with our course hosting provider to resolve delays in processing that prevent completed courses from showing as "passed" immediately in EHS Insight. Our provider released a fix on 5/3, however we are continuing to see the issue occur and are continuing to work with them on a full resolution.
