Address Latitude/Longitude Resolution (Geocode) Partial Outage
This incident has been resolved.
The 3rd party service we depend upon for resolving address searches to Latitude/Longitude coordinates is experiencing a partial service outage. This is causing some (but not all) requests to fail while attempting to search for addresses in the location field on Incident Event forms. At this time, the only workaround it to retry the address search. We will continue to monitor the situation.
