We've now resolved the incident. Thank you for your patience. If anyone continues to experience missing compliance tasks on the calendar or in reports, please contact support@ehsinsight.com. The issue was caused by a performance optimization that caused security trimming to act too aggressively.
We've confirmed the cause of the problem, we expect a fix within the next 15-30 minutes.
