The Audit & Inspection fix for iOS is now available in the Apple App Store. Impacted users can manually update from the App Store now. We will also push out a required-update setting notice this evening which will trigger a prompt for all users to update from the App Store.
We are continuing to work on an issue that prevents some customers, depending on Site Settings and Question Set configuration, from starting new Audit & Inspection forms. A fix has been deployed for Web, the Windows native app, and the Android native app. A fix for the iOS native app has been submitted to Apple and is awaiting review and approval. Once it has been approved, this status will be updated.
