Scheduled FTPS Certificate Renewal - Action Required for Pinned Certificates
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will renew and replace the TLS certificate on the FTPS endpoints used by customers of our hosted FTP service for integrations.
Most customers won’t need to do anything, even if you are using our hosted FTP service. If your integration validates our server against the public certificate authority, it will keep working after the rotation. However, if your integration pins our current certificate or its fingerprint/thumbprint, connections will fail after the switch until you update your integration to trust the new certificate.
